Detta \u00e4r en buteljering av Svenska Whiskyf\u00f6rbundet (SWF) d\u00e4r whiskyklubbmedlemmar landet \u00f6ver har f\u00e5tt m\u00f6jlighet att f\u00e5 hugga en flaska eller tv\u00e5. Whiskyn destillerades den 20:e januari 2004 och buteljerades den 1:e april 2016. Den flaska jag snott mitt sample ur (f\u00f6rl\u00e5t, mor samt far!) \u00e4r nummer 770 av 905 och whiskyn \u00e4r varken kylfiltrerad eller f\u00e4rgad. Dessutom \u00e4r den buteljerad med den h\u00e4lsosamma alkoholstyrkan 52,5 % och r\u00f6kigheten ligger p\u00e5 runt 50 ppm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>F\u00e4rg<\/em>: r\u00f6d b\u00e4rnsten <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Doft<\/em>: Jas\u00e5, en b\u00e4rig rackare &#8211; kul! En v\u00e5g av r\u00f6da vinb\u00e4r, jordgubbar och hallonsaft sl\u00e5r emot n\u00e4san vid f\u00f6rsta doften. H\u00e4r finns ocks\u00e5 gummi, lite gammalt l\u00e4der och &#8211; f\u00f6ga f\u00f6rv\u00e5nande &#8211; en hel del torvr\u00f6k. Aha, en skv\u00e4tt vitpeppar och prickig korv ger sig tillk\u00e4nna med, och efter det kommer de r\u00f6da b\u00e4ren tillbaka med lite lingon. Intressant! Med en skv\u00e4tt vatten blir doften lite kvalmigare, eller kanske fetare, p\u00e5 n\u00e5got vis och detta \u00e4r n\u00e5got positivt. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Smak<\/em>: Oj, den smakade inte alls som jag hade v\u00e4ntat mig! En hel del br\u00e4nt grillat k\u00f6tt (precis som i 10:an, intressant nog), br\u00e4nd rostad macka, motorolja och smaken \u00e4r definitivt k\u00e4rvare \u00e4n doften. Gummitonen \u00e4r mycket mer framtr\u00e4dande i smaken \u00e4n i doften och \u00e4r nu n\u00e4stan syrlig p\u00e5 n\u00e5got vis, och b\u00e4righeten har definitivt f\u00e5tt inta baks\u00e4tesroll. Lakritsgodiset salmiakbalk dyker upp och efter vattning blir torvr\u00f6ken tydligare, gummismaken mindre syrlig och en viss ekbeska m\u00e4rks av. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Avslut<\/em>: Eftersmaken inneh\u00e5ller ocks\u00e5 den d\u00e4r br\u00e4nda, n\u00e4sta bittra k\u00e4nslan och den prickiga korven fr\u00e5n doften kommer tillbaka. Med vatten kommer salmiaktonen \u00e4ven fram i eftersmaken och den blir n\u00e5got fylligare men annars f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras den inte j\u00e4ttemycket. Avslutet mynnar ut i vitpeppar och en skv\u00e4tt s\u00e4lta, och \u00e4r hyfsat l\u00e5ng. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en whisky jag inte riktigt blir klok p\u00e5. Missf\u00f6rst\u00e5 mig r\u00e4tt, jag tycker att detta \u00e4r <em>bra<\/em>, det \u00e4r bara det att den inte \u00e4r <em>wow<\/em>. Det \u00e4r liksom som om den lovar mer i doften \u00e4n vad den kan h\u00e5lla i smaken, vilket egentligen \u00e4r lite or\u00e4ttvist p\u00e5 n\u00e5got vis eftersom jag verkligen gillade doften! Grejen \u00e4r nog den att jag gillar de udda, br\u00e4nda tonerna ihop med torven och salmiaken i smaken, men saknar b\u00e4righeten fr\u00e5n doften. Jag har ocks\u00e5 lite sv\u00e5rt med just den syrliga gummitonen men efter vattning blir den mycket trevligare. Att tona ner de aggressivare smakerna och lyfta upp lite mjukare, rundare s\u00e5dana hade jag uppskattat men samtidigt \u00e4r detta en ganska en unik whisky rent smakm\u00e4ssigt.
